Our experience includes representing a client in the sale of a Ventura-based oil company to a publicly traded company in Houston for $119 million, the sale of multiple auto dealerships in Southern California in a transaction with a public company valued at more than $28 million, and the sale of a commercial real estate building for $17 million.

Our lawyers recently completed a business sale in which the other party was represented by one of the largest law firms in the country. The other party to the transaction spent more than $600,000 in legal fees. We handled our client's side of the transaction for a fraction of that expense. The main difference: the large firm had nine lawyers handling the transaction, including junior associates who were learning along the way. Our client was represented by three senior-level attorneys.
