Business Litigation

Our attorneys understand that business disputes can often be resolved through careful negotiation. We strive to resolve your disputes quickly and in a cost-effective manner. However, we are also experienced and aggressive litigators, and we will resolve a business dispute in court if necessary.

Bankruptcy, Creditors' Rights & Debt Collection

Through early types of creditor relief, we are often able to compel settlements and resolve debt collection matters within 60 to 90 days of commencing the lawsuit rather than waiting until the end of the case, which may be a year or more away. Those early types of relief may include obtaining a pre-judgment writ of attachment or writ of possession to compel payment of the debt.

If a debtor files for bankruptcy, we represent businesses and individual creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings. We also represent businesses seeking Chapter 11 reorganization and individuals needing Chapter 7, 11, or 13 bankruptcy relief.

Real Estate and Eminent Domain Litigation

We have handled many cases where one party litigates a transaction due to some breach of contract or fraud by the other party.
