Practicing business litigation in California, numerous other states, and overseas over more than two decades, James McQueen has helped literally hundreds of companies and individuals successfully resolve business litigation matters.  His areas of practice include complex business litigation, construction law, real estate, eminent domain, employment, probate, securities and intellectual property, at the trial and appellate level. 

In 1999, after almost a decade as a partner at the international law firm Graham & James LLP, Mr. McQueen formed McQueen & Ashman LLP to provide clients top level experience and service at a reasonable price.  Mr. McQueen's practice combines zealous advocacy with an unwavering belief that the practice of law is about successfully helping people through the challenges of significant business disputes.

Mr. McQueen has successfully appeared before such diverse tribunals as The Hague, the NASD, JAMS, AAA, the ITC, the California Court of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.  In addition, Mr. McQueen has successfully pursued numerous matters before various state and federal courts, including many jury trials.
