Fabio Cabezas is a lawyer who primarily practices in the area of complex business litigation. More specifically, his extensive practice includes: litigating insurance coverage, business torts, contract disputes, condominium association disputes, collections, product liability, trade secrets, franchise, commercial, personal injury, and professional malpractice matters.
With respect to insurance coverage, in particular, Mr. Cabezas has negotiated and litigated successfully coverage questions for policyholders against their insurers including a policyholder's right to independent counsel and a policyholder's right to a defense from an insurer for potentially covered claims. In the course of protecting the rights of policyholders, Mr. Cabezas gained experience in obtaining a court order for a policyholder that required a non-admitted insurer to post an $11.5 million dollar bond to cover any potential judgment in favor of the policyholder and against the insured. Mr. Cabezas also advises clients in conjunction with their insurance agents and brokers in placing appropriate insurance for them specifically in the Directors & Officers, Miscellaneous Professional Liability, and Comprehensive General Liability policy lines.
Practicing for almost two decades, Mr. Cabezas has represented clients in litigation from the filing of their complaint through appeal. Having had the benefit and experience of a long and active civil litigation practice, Mr. Cabezas offers clients effective litigation management practices resulting in savings to clients and sound advice in resolving civil disputes in cost effective ways.

He was also selected by Los Angeles Magazine as a "Super Lawyer" in 2004.
